Freya I’ve been using it for a few days now and it’s been really good. It’s easy to use and not complicated at all. It holds up to six meals, and the ice packs help keep the food fresh. My cat has adjusted to it well. When it’s mealtime, the tray rotates smoothly and the sound isn’t loud or annoying.
